The technology of Hydro-Rotomole Systems utilizes the capabilities of a special rotating head which is designed to rotate through the piping and aims at removing any kind of contamination by hitting the internal surface of the piping with blasts of water.

It’s our proprietary technique of pipe cleaning system, which is uniquely devised to handle changes of direction, including multiple 90-degree turns. Apart from this Hydro-Rotomole Systems efficiently manages pipe offsets with distances ranging to 100 m vertically or 300 m horizontally (or any combination). This is enabled from the point of entry with impeccable and precise tracking capabilities. 

With an aim to support the preservation of integrity in the long run for these operational piping systems, Hydro-Rotomole Systems makes sure that all the undesired and unwanted contaminants and particulate matter are eradicated successfully. 

In a properly planned and progressive manner, this contamination of debris and mill scale is pushed towards containment/collection for proper disposal.

It is executed when the high-pressure nozzle is retracted. The disposable material is transported out with the use of a pusher/flusher orifice which is built into the cleaning nozzle. The overall process utilizes a typical working pressure of 10,000 – 15,000 psi for mill scale removal and averages out at a water flow of 150lpm.
